My Story

The man behind the work.

A life shaped by pressure. A career built on execution.

Mark Bastorous

I was born in Egypt, one of six siblings. When my father passed away, I was 14 years old. Life changed fast. By 16, I was already working and carrying responsibility that shaped how I think to this day.

There was no safety net. No fallback plan.

When I came to America, I came to build. That path led me into real estate, restaurants, and business ownership — not from a distance, but from the inside.

Then everything changed.

I went through a surgery that I didn't walk away from the same way. I died — and came back. And when I did, I saw everything differently.

No hesitation.
No wasted time.
No fear of starting over.

Only execution.

I didn't learn leadership from comfort. I learned it through pressure, setbacks, risk, and rebuilding.

"I was never interested in the title before the work."
